Yes, our offices are based in Preston town centre. We ask that prior to dropping off you contact us to ensure appropriate arrangements can be made. We are unable to take responsibility for any devices left without being checked in by a member of our team.
We offer a minimum 6 month parts and labour warranty on all repairs. Warranty's are based on fair usage and excludes misuse or accidental damage.
We aim to repair all devices within 2 working days. Same day is available on certain repairs subject to parts availability.
We have a range of options available from original OEM parts to high quality after market parts. As we provide a warranty on all repairs, only CE certified parts are used.
To ensure your manufacturers warranty remains valid we suggest using genuine parts. A 6 Month warranty is issued on all supplied parts and labour.

7. Refunds and Returns
