Yes, our offices are based in Preston town centre. We ask that prior to dropping off you contact us to ensure appropiate arrangements can be made. We are unable to take responsibility for any devices left without being checked in by a member of our team.

This is not a problem. As standard our insurance for postage only covers up-to £1,000 however a higher level of insurance can be arranged for a small addiitonal fee.
We aim to have all repairs complete within 2-3 working days. Due to the number of screens we service we are unable to stock every model. Our suppliers work with us to get screens to us within 24 hours of a repair order being placed.
