These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your use of the services provided by FlexiDesk. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from using our services.

  1. Scope of Services FlexiDesk offers IT support services to both corporate and domestic customers. Our services include but are not limited to Computer Repair, Computer Health Checks, Laptop Repair, Screen Repair, and Console Repair. We strive to provide high-quality and efficient solutions for your IT-related problems.
  2. Liability Waiver a. FlexiDesk shall not be held responsible for any damages or losses incurred as a result of using our services. This includes but is not limited to data loss, system failure, hardware damage, or any other consequential damages. b. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to backup all necessary data before availing yourself of our services. FlexiDesk will not be liable for any loss or corruption of data during the course of our services.
  3. Right to Withdraw Services and Discounts a. FlexiDesk reserves the right to withdraw or modify any service at any time without prior notice. b. We may also offer discounts or promotions on our services from time to time at our sole discretion. These discounts may be subject to specific terms and conditions which will be communicated separately.
  4. Payment Terms a. The fees for our services shall be as agreed upon between you and FlexiDesk. b. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. c. In the event of non-payment or late payment, FlexiDesk reserves the right to charge interest at a rate determined by applicable laws.
  5. Confidentiality and Privacy a. FlexiDesk understands the importance of protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information. b. We will only collect, use, and disclose your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
  6. Intellectual Property a. All intellectual property rights related to our services, including but not limited to software, trademarks, logos, and content, are owned by FlexiDesk or our licensors. b. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any part of our services or any related intellectual property without prior written consent from FlexiDesk.
  7. Termination a. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. b. Upon termination of this Agreement: i. You shall immediately cease using our services. ii. Any outstanding fees shall become due and payable. iii. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to be binding.
  8. Limitation of Liability In no event shall FlexiDesk or its employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of our services.
  9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within [Jurisdiction].

These Offer Terms & Conditions apply to all promotions, discounts, special offers, and promotional campaigns (“Offers”) provided by FlexiDesk (“we”, “us”, or“our”). By taking part in any

Additional faults, parts, or labour identified after inspection may be chargeable

If a device is found to be beyond economical repair, the Offer will not apply and alternative options may be provided

Offers do not affect your statutory rights.

6. Misuse and Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an Offer where:

The Offer is used fraudulently or in breach of these terms

False or misleading information is provided

We reasonably believe the Offer is being abused

7. Refunds and Returns

If an order or service purchased using an Offer is refunded, the refund will reflect the discounted price paid, not the original full price.

Where an Offer is linked to a service that has already been partially or fully delivered, refunds will be handled in line with our standard refund and returns policies.

8. Changes and Errors
