We aim to return all devices within 4 working days. Please note that turnaround times may be longer if repairs are needed.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Absolutely, we are able to service single machines or large batches.

Whar are your payment terms?

For private customers, payment is required before any repair work begins. Finance options are available upon request. Commercial clients may request flexible terms, such as 30-day payment upon invoice.

Can you collect the device?

We offer both collection and delivery services. For small orders, we use UK Mail to collect and return devices. For larger shipments, our team can arrange a personal in-person collection.
